Order & Payment
1.1 Sales Order
- All Sales Orders submitted through Chasing Unicorns Webstore are subject to our acceptance. Chasing Unicorns reserves the right to cancel or terminate the obligations to fulfill any Sales Order, for any reason whatsoever, even after a Sales Order is confirmed by, and paid for by the customer, with or without notice and we shall not be liable to any party for such termination or cancellation. In such event, we shall refund to the customer the price of the item(s) purchased.
1.2 Payment Terms
- All prices are denominated in Singapore Dollars.
- We accept the following payment modes:
- Debit/Credit Card via ShopcadaPay
- All transaction charges by ShopcadaPay are fully borne by Chasing Unicorns.
- Upon checking out, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. For customers opting to pay Paynow, please follow the link in the email to provide us with your payment details.
- For payment via Paynow, please note that checking out an item implies your intention of confirming it. The item(s) would be reserved for you for the next 24 hours, unless otherwise agreed upon. Your order will be cancelled, without further notification if payment is not received by us within the stipulated timeframe.
- After your payment has been verified and received by us, a notification email will be sent to you and your order will be prepared. Once you have completed checkout, you may check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account.
