Return and Exchange
3.1 Sales Cancellation
- There is strictly no cancellation of Sales Order once it is confirmed and payment has been received by us. Chasing Unicorns reserves the right to refund you the price of the item(s) which has been paid.
- We do not accept exchange due to a change of mind.
3.3 Return and Exchange - Defectives and Incorrect Item
- We have a strict no return policy unless the item(s) sent to you is incorrect or defective.
- We will issue a full refund if the item you have ordered is out of stock and we are unable to replace it.
- The item must be shown to be defective not due to your negligence or incorrect before Chasing Unicorns entertain the exchange/ return request.
- The item must be returned before any request for refund will be entertained.
- Please note that normal processing time for refund requests is 1 week from date of request.
